Final Output Video
B2EMO Rig Demonstration
For my honours project I wanted to tackle taking concept art and using it to visualise a 3D environment in a style that I wasn't familiar in, having worked primarily in realism and realistic-adjacent styles. Going to something as deceptively complex as Star Wars: The Clone Wars was a huge jump but the process of learning how to achieve it taught me a lot that I look forward to developing further on in my career.
While primarily focused on being an environment artist, and finding my love for lighting along the way, I also delved into character modelling, rigging, and animating for the character B2EMO who is the main focal point through our exploration of the scene. It was fantastic to work on him and the project wouldn't be the same without him being there.
Alongside the final output, I've included some of the progress screenshots to visualise where i was at different stages of production as well as a close up still of B2EMO and a demo of the rig I created for the model.
